Johan has 20 years’ experience from entrepreneurship, investments and business strategy. Prior to the foundation of Longrun, Johan built up a portfolio of tech companies that today constitutes Longrun's portfolio in digitalization.

Matilda joined Longrun Capital in 2022. She has 7 years’ experience from investment banking, most recently as Vice President covering the Nordic region at Barclays. Matilda has also worked at Nordea’s Investment Banking division in Stockholm with focus on M&A and IPOs.

Josefine joined Longrun Capital in 2023. She is currently pursuing a PhD at Stockholm University, focusing on past climates and their implications for societal resilience. Passionate about a sustainable future, she also leads the Women and Climate network in Stockholm.

Jill joined Longrun Capital in December 2023. She has years of experiences as a CFO within various industries, most recently from fintech and SaaS. Jill has expertise in helping start-ups as well as mature companies to secure funding, reach profitability and grow on global markets.

Cristina's expertise lies at the intersection of business and healthcare, which has propelled her nearly two-decade journey in philanthropy. She is a Co-founder of The Case for Her, a founding member of the Maverick Collective and board member for the non-profit venture capital firm Acumen.
